YBYRAH offers:

  • 60 days to request a size exchange;

  • 30 days to request a return for a refund.

Both periods begin on the date the order is delivered.

Returned products must be unworn, unused and in their original condition and packaging. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in the customer’s country.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have entered processing.

Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment or handed to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

If your order has already been processed, you must wait for it to be delivered. After delivery, you may request:

  • A size exchange within 60 days; or

  • A return for a refund within 30 days.

To request a cancellation before processing, contact us immediately at contact@ybyrah.com. We cannot guarantee that the request will be received before processing begins.

60-Day Size Exchange Guarantee

You may request a size exchange within 60 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused;

  • In the same condition in which it was received;

  • Free from marks, stains, odours, creasing or damage;

  • Returned with all original tags and accessories;

  • Returned in its original packaging;

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shoes may only be tried on indoors, on a clean and protected surface, to check the fit.

Size exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer another available size, another product of equivalent value or store credit.

To request an exchange, contact contact@ybyrah.com before sending the item back. Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return for a refund within 30 days after receiving your order.

The product must meet the same eligibility conditions described above. It must be unworn, unused, undamaged and returned in its original condition and packaging.

After the 30-day return period has ended, the product will no longer be eligible for a voluntary refund. However, an eligible size exchange may still be requested until the end of the 60-day exchange period.

The 60-day exchange period does not extend the 30-day refund period.
